ScaleFlow builds AI systems for other businesses, so we take data seriously by default. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you book a call or send us a message, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the form. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you give us. We do not buy or sell contact data.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, scope and deliver the work you ask for, and, if you opt in, send you the occasional automation idea. That is it. We do not use your information to train third-party models.
The tools we run on
We run on a small, deliberate stack: scheduling, email, and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under their own agreements. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project data for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Reach us at hello@scaleflow.digital and we will handle it.
