These terms cover how we work together. They are written to be readable, not to hide anything. The specifics of any project always live in the proposal we agree with you.
What we do
ScaleFlow designs and builds custom AI automation systems, and, where agreed, manages them on an ongoing basis. The exact scope, timeline, and price for any engagement live in the proposal we send you, not on this page.
Proposals and payment
Work begins once you approve a written proposal. Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set there. Unless the proposal says otherwise, invoices are due on the terms stated on each invoice.
Who owns what
When a project is paid in full, you own the systems and deliverables we build for you. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, tooling, and know-how we bring to the work, and to reference the engagement as a case study unless you ask us not to.
What we promise, and don't
We build carefully and test before we ship, but no software is guaranteed error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as set out in the proposal. You pay for work delivered up to that point, and we hand over what you own cleanly.
